401(k) Retirement Plan

You can contribute up to 25% of your wages up to the maximum
annual contribution allowed by IRS regulations to your 401(k).
All funds are contributed by employees and are deposited
in individual employee trust accounts. You receive a quarterly
statements of your account and self-direct your 401(k) investments.

of your choice. It's not only more convenient for you, saving
you time and gas, it's faster and safer.

| Pre-tax Payroll Deductions |

While you are an employee of Pacific NetSoft and a consultant,
you can pay for your benefits before taxes are withheld
using a special Section 125 "pre-tax" payroll deduction.
This means that you do not pay state, federal, and social
security taxes on premiums paid using a payroll deduction.
Bottom-line, this means more money in your pocket.
